Claire Alder

Claire is an established independent consultant who offers a specialist and adaptable range of services to clients. 

Claire had an 18 year career as a  barrister at the Criminal Bar of England and Wales and held a judicial appointment as a Deputy District Judge. During this time she gained extensive experience  and expertise in historical abuse cases. 

Since moving to Australia and being admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of NSW, she has built up a reputation as an experienced senior consultant in workplace investigations and increasingly in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Claire brings her approachable professionalism, together with her independence, fairness, empathy and integrity to each engagement she undertakes.
